-- Global Setup --
Global Setup enables a user to setup environments and profiles for uniform and standardized computing in all the TESS modules. Setups that are done here will take effect on a global basis. Any other user accessing TESS in any of the branches will enjoy the same environment and profile that has been setup.
WMS provides comprehensive information and complete audit trials for all inventory movements in the warehouse. It provides real-time online views of expected receipts, orders, replenishments and picks. It interfaces with RF terminals and BarCode readers for accurate and correct bin locations. It also enables item delivery flexibility.
-- Bill of Material Management --
BOM allows you to add, edit or even delete properties that are associated to a product. Properties like the size, quantity per package, list price, legal price, ESC price, customs price, repair price, transfer price, dealer price, defective price, packaging cost and the standard cost can be edited in this module. The warranty date and expiry date of the product can also be stated or modified here.
-- Customer Service Order --
CSO allows a customer to monitor their repair job status. When customers call for repairs, parts are located, requested, and made available to the Customer Engineer (CE). These support inventories are tracked and traced once they are withdrawn from the warehouse or stockroom, until they are returned when the CSO is completed. This is done through work-in-progress (WIP) module.

IPS, short for Inventory Planning System, facilities the ease at which inventory can be replenished. It allows you to set the minimum and maximum stocking parameters and allows manual or automated order replenishments. This is based on the quantity of onhand inventory, the quantity as stated by the user when setting up the module etc. This will enable better management of inventory.

Order Management allows you to generate orders from suppliers. It supports initial stock setup, and auto pool reordering and replenishments. It allows users to monitor supplier's order acknowledgement, shipping notification and backlog orders.
-- Transfer and Distribution Management --
TDM, short for Transfer and Distribution Management, allows Intra Office transfers within the same office and same country on the same database. It also allows Intra Office transfer within the same or different regions on different databases.
-- Returns Management --
This module facilitates the return of parts that are good, defective, and exchangeable for replacement. It allows systemic and physical picking and packing of returning inventories simultaneously. It manages return order status effectively.

IAS allows you to keep track of the various status of the inventory in the warehouse
-- Call Management --
Call Management enables you to identify a customer's service level agreement status. It creates a customer service order (CSO) and assigns customer engineer (CE) for the repair request. It then notifies and dispatches a CE to service the repair order. He will qualify repair problem and source for parts. Once the repair is completed, CSO's closures will be updated and the billing procedure will be activated.
